Full Roster ("we", "us") is a marketing agency for boutique fitness studios, based in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what we collect through fullrosteragency.com, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Audit request form. Your name, studio name, email, phone, city, and the optional details you choose to add (studio type, member count, ad spend, your biggest growth problem).
Email you send us. Whatever you include in the message.
Site analytics. Aggregate, privacy-focused visit statistics (page views, country, device type, referrer). We do not use advertising trackers or sell browsing data.

Why we collect it

To prepare and send you the free Lead Leak Audit you asked for.
To reply to your questions and, if you want, to discuss working together.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We only send you marketing email if you have asked for it, and every message includes a way to opt out, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Who sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our team inbox through FormSubmit, an email relay service. Analytics are provided by Cloudflare. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers above, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Audit requests and emails are kept for as long as we are in contact with you, and for up to two years after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email fullrosteragency@gmail.com and we will respond within 10 business days.

Cookies

The site does not set marketing cookies. Our analytics provider may use a small amount of local storage to count visits without identifying you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
