Using this site

fullrosteragency.com is run by Full Roster, Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. The content is for information. Results shown on the site are real figures from our own studio for the dates stated, and are not a promise of what any other studio will see. Your results depend on your offer, your market, your team and your ad spend.

The free audit

The Lead Leak Audit is free and carries no obligation. To prepare it we may contact your studio as a prospective member would, review your public web presence and advertising, and send you a written scorecard. We may follow up by email or phone about the scorecard. You can tell us to stop at any time.

The Founding Studio Kickstart

Pricing on the site is in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes, and can change. Founding pricing is limited to five studios and ends on the date shown on the site. Nothing on the site forms a contract. Every engagement is governed by a written agreement signed by both sides, and where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins.

The 10-member guarantee

The guarantee is set out in full in the written agreement. In summary: if the studio does not add 10 new paying members during the 60-day Kickstart, Full Roster refunds the setup fee. On Founding terms, Full Roster also continues to run the campaigns with no monthly fee for up to a further 60 days. It depends on the studio meeting its side of the deal as listed on the site, including the minimum ad spend paid directly to the ad platform, reply times on new leads, use of the installed scripts and follow-up, attendance at the Academy sessions, and access to the booking system, CRM and ad account. A "new member" is defined in the agreement; the site gives the working definition.

Your accounts stay yours

Ad accounts, pixels, landing pages and CRM set-ups are created in the studio's name. Ad spend is paid by the studio directly to the ad platform and is never marked up or held by Full Roster.

Intellectual property

The site design, copy, scripts, playbooks and training materials are owned by Full Roster. Studios we work with receive a licence to use the materials delivered to them in their own business.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Full Roster is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Ontario law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
